20-Year-Old Woman Hospitalised After Hamrun Car Collision
A 20-year-old woman was hospitalised with grievous injuries after being struck by a car in Hamrun in the early hours of 1st November. Police investigations into the collision are ongoing.
The woman was hit by a vehicle on Triq Nazzjonali in Hamrun at around 3am on 1st November. She received medical assistance at the scene before being taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
The vehicle involved was a Ford Tourneo, driven by a 47-year-old Eritrean man residing in Tarxien.
The woman was subsequently certified as having suffered grievous injuries. Police investigations into the incident remain ongoing.
