Privacy policy

SideStreet runs this site. This explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. If anything here is unclear, ask us through the contact form.

When you send us a message

The contact form asks for your name, email and message, and optionally your phone number and company. We store it so we can answer you, and we record which page you arrived on and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know what brought you here.

If your message is about advertising, it is passed to our sales system so the right person picks it up. Everything else reaches the team by email.

We keep enquiries for two years, then delete them.

When you apply for a job

The application form collects what you fill in, plus your CV and, if you attach them, a cover letter and a video introduction. Files are stored privately and are not public.

We use it to consider your application and nothing else. We keep applications for twelve months so we can come back to you if something suitable opens up, then delete them. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Cookies

We set one cookie, and only if you arrive from a campaign link or another site. It records which page you landed on and the campaign tags in the link, so that if you send us a message later we know where you came from. No third party can read it, it is not used to identify you elsewhere, and it expires after 30 days.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not identify you.

Posts from Instagram and Facebook

Posts on this site are shown as still images we host ourselves. Nothing loads from Meta unless you tell us it may and then click a post to play it. Say no and everything still works — posts open on Instagram or Facebook instead.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and we will act within a month.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
