Qormi Mayor Has Become Malta's Youngest Covid-19 Victim at the age of 46

Qormi mayor Renald Falzon has died of COVID-19, becoming Malta’s youngest COVID-19 victim at the age of 46.

The Hal-Qormi local council page announced the heartbreaking news on their Facebook page.

In his final social media post Mayor Falzon said “Once my health is back on track, I will continue working for our town,”

The status has since been flooded with condolences.
