The first doses of the Pfizer vaccine will reach Malta in the first days of January.
Those first in line to receive the vaccine will be:
-Healthcare workers
-Elderly care home staff
-Mental care home staff and residents
-People aged 85 and over
The vaccine is taken in 2 doses 21 days apart.
The vaccine will be free.
The vaccine will not be mandatory.
