The MATSEC Examination board has set the 16th of August as a tentative date for the release of the exam results for O'level and A'level results.
This was announced in the key dates published by MATSEC and recently confirmed by inquiring students.
Due to the postponement of MATSEC exams, the results are set to be published roughly a month later than the regular mid-July publication of results. Application deadlines for entry to the University and Junior College have also been extended accordingly.
The postponement had created a great deal of stress and uncertainty for students sitting for their exams, who also had the added stress of sitting for their exams during the record heat felt this June.
From the key dates announced, MATSEC has also set the 1st of October as the start date for the supplementary examination period for students to resit for their exams.
